Grant Gold is Executive Managing Director for Beck Realty in Dallas, Texas. Gold is responsible for managing the Beck Realty assets that include Dallas Midtown, Trophy Club Town Center, as well as future Beck developments, and the growth and branding of Beck Realty. Gold utilizes his management, tenant representation, project leasing, asset management and event marketing skills to expand the brand and growth of the Beck Realty. Previously Gold was Vice President, Leasing for The Howard Hughes Corporation where he was responsible for assets in the Houston market, including the premier master planned communities of The Woodlands and Bridgeland.
Gold’s extensive commercial real estate career also includes service as associate vice president at The Weitzman Group overseeing a portfolio of 25 Dallas Fort Worth shopping centers, and as vice president at Transwestern focusing on tenant representation and project leasing. Gold's commercial real estate experience encompasses a wide range of Dallas Fort Worth, Houston, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Sacramento shopping centers totaling over 7.5 million square feet. The Dallas Business Journal recognized Gold as one of the top Commercial Real Estate Brokers in 2009 and 2011.
